Lancaster

Lancaster was a flip investment project. Our client hired us for a complete renovation. The purpose of the buyer was to optimize the cost to resale with maximum profit. Our team worked on this project for 2 months and the results are shown in the pictures: roof replacement, plumbing, and electricity were updated, a new bathroom added, kitchen and bathroom renewed to a shiny and modern space.
All walls and floors were rebuilt and refinished, doors replaced.

Catalina was a custom remodeling. Our client contacted us to renew this house to make it his new place.They brought their ideas and needs, and we worked with them to make this house their home.
This was a full renovation: from plumbing to walls, from bathrooms and kitchen complete redesign to landscaping remodeling. We transformed a space into a dream home.

Aventura

Aventura was a house remodeling project. We did a complete renovation on this townhouse that was built more than 40 years ago. All new floors, bathrooms and kitchen, windows and doors and a modern lighting system was installed.

Retail in Springfield

This was a commercial remodeling project, where we transformed an old warehouse into a retail space.
Old building systems were removed and new up to code services were installed: plumbing, electricity, sprinklers, HVAC, ceiling, lighting, and sound systems.
In an open space, we built partitions to have a showroom, a deposit, bathrooms, offices, and a new kitchen.
We remodeled the front of the building to make it look attractive for commercial space with aluminum doors, windows, new colored plaster, and a big parking lot.
